Ønsker du å bruke bildemateriale så spør oss. Normalt skal vi scalere materialet og sende deg, men vi tillater ikke at materiale uten videre kopieres ut av våre sider og brukes. Bildefiler kan kun lastes ned og brukes på egen maskin til eget bruk, ikke til kommersielt, reklame, anonnser, fotoshoot etc.

Ved sjekking av bildefiler på forskjellige WEB's på Internett så viser det seg at flere av bildefilene kommer fra oss og andre utenlandske websites som vi sam arbeider med. Vi har innlagt en Copyrightcode i hver fil  © rcforumet/xxxxx.xxxxx. Også dato og et serienr. er innkryptert i filen. Dette ligger skjult og vises bare gjennom spesielle programmer. Den står heller ikke som vanlige bokstaver eller tall, men allt er kryptet. Alle forsøk på å slette dette vil gjøre at filen blir ubrukelig. Vi gjør oppmerksom på at all editering/ rekompilering/scalering i  bildeprogrammer ikke tillates. Også vårt webtemplates er copyrightbeskyttet.

I USA blir en automatisk rettsforfulgt med erstatningsansvar vist ulovlig kopiering, bruk og salg forekommer uansett mengde. I dag samarbeider vi med flere leverandører i EUROPA, USA og ASIA på å utvikle websiden på en tilfredsstillende måte med også dertil lov å bruke endel andres avtalte bildemateriale sålenge vi bruker et norsk-relatert konsept.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE - This WWW.RCFORUMET.COM License Agreement ("License")
permits you to use one copy of the WWW.RCFORUMET.COM product acquired with this ("pict") on any single computer, disk reading or any other type of equipment that can utilise the software contained on the diskette.

2. COPYRIGHT - This License is not an assignment of any rights of the copyright in the work.
All copyrights and title associated with the picture files and its associated documentation (I.e. -lyric files, either as printed matter or as ASCII supplied on diskette) remains the sole property of WWW.RCFORUMET.COM. These picture files are protected by International copyright laws and all other applicable national laws. You may make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes.

WARNING: It is also a violation of Federal Copyright Law to synchronise these pictures sequences with videotape or film or to print this music in the form of standard music notation without the express written permission of the copyright owner.

3. USAGE - The picture files can be used and adapted for your personal use. This includes the rights for you to use the pictures file as backing material for live performances. You can't use the picture file to create audio products (CD-tapes), not for sale at venues and for demonstration material provided that no more than 1,000 units are manufactured in a single one year period and that all the products contains live singing which would render them useless as a web-site type of product. Note - If you intend selling tapes at venues an additional licence will be required from the WWW.RCFORUMET.COM

4. RESTRICTIONS -
(1) You may not swap, give away, loan, rent, lease, transfer (including any type of modem transmission), dispose of or allow the data to be distributed in any manner which could damage Labyrinth.
(2) You may not use a sound recording of the picture file to be used in whole or part on any visual presentation medium including film and/or video tape.
(3) You may not print music from any part to the picture file or vice versa.
(4) You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the pictures files.

4. TRANSFER - You may not rent or lease the picture files but you may transfer your rights under this Agreement on a permanent basis provided you transfer all copies of the picture files and associated data along with all written materials, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement. Any transfer must include all versions of the pictures files, which includes any and all adaptations and modified versions made from the original picture file.

LIMITED WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY - WWW.RCFORUMET.COM warrants that (a) the pictures files will  load into any device which correctly imports a Standard pictures file, as defined in the picture specification from the PICTURES Manufacturers Association; and  (b) Any diskette will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty days from the date of receipt.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES - WWW.RCFORUMET.COM will replace any diskette that is found to be faulty upon the return to the office of the faulty diskette and a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the picturesfiles has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
LABYRINTH DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE COPYRIGHT.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES - TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED
